3. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- **Report Generation**: Prepare and present reports on patient conditions and treatment outcomes.

4. **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- **Training and Guidance**: Provide guidance and training to junior medical staff.
- **Interdepartmental Liaison**: Act as a liaison between various medical departments.

5. **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- **Regulatory Adherence**: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and procedures.
- **Quality Improvement**: Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Requirement**: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from a recognized institution.
- **Licensing**: Valid license to practice medicine.
- **Experience**: Varies by position; some roles require 0-2 years, while others may require 2-6 years of experience.
- **Certifications**: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications may be preferred.
- Employment Details:

- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Shift Patterns**: Rotational shifts, including day, morning, and night shifts.
- **Duty Hours**: 24-hour duty on alternate days (one day on, one day off) in some positions.
- **Salary Range**: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and responsibilities.
