As a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) at Sarvagun Ayurved Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in patient care and clinical management. Working under the supervision of senior doctors and consultants, your responsibilities will include:
l Conducting thorough patient consultations and assessments to diagnose health conditions and formulate treatment plans based on Ayurvedic principles.
l Administering Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and medications as prescribed by senior medical staff.
l Monitoring patient progress, documenting observations, and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
l Providing patient education on Ayurvedic practices, lifestyle modifications, and preventive healthcare measures.
l Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Ayurvedic therapists, nursing staff, and administrative personnel to ensure comprehensive patient care.
l Participating in regular clinical rounds, case discussions, and CME sessions to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
l Adhering to hospital protocols, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions and clinical practices.
**Requirements**:
l Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from a recognized institution.
l Valid registration with the Delhi State Ayurvedic Board.
l Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an Ayurvedic hospital setting.
l Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
l Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
l Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as required.
l Dedication to providing compassionate patient care and promoting Ayurvedic principles of wellness.
