**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customer issues or concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and diplomacy, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process customer orders, including order entry, verification, and tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Resolve order discrepancies and address any issues related to shipping, billing, or product availability.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, and service problems to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and technical support, to address complex customer issues and ensure resolution.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports and metrics related to customer service performance, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
