**About the role**
- Work alongside current Salesforce developers and key stakeholders to understand and build on existing processes and requirements.
- Contribute and aim to deliver creative solutions by streamlining existing processes using the latest Salesforce technology and improving platform efficiency and productivity.
- Work with our Salesforce development team helping enhance processes for support, administrative tasks, development, and change management.

**Essential skills and experience:

- **
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator required.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Knowledge and experience with Lightning.
- In-Depth knowledge of Reports and Dashboards.
- Strong understanding across SF clouds and functionality, Sales, Service, Experience.
- Understanding of integration concepts.
- Understanding of object-oriented concepts, and salesforce data models
- Proficiency in problem solving to diagnose and resolve technical issues using standard salesforce functionality and best practices
- Database management.
- Ability to effectively communicate details and impacts of proposed software solutions
- Ability to document solutions clearly and explain how they impact other areas of Salesforce and the business
- Understand project life cycle and development methodologies, perform testing of system enhancements within a test environment and other quality assurance tasks
- Experience working in an environment that cultivates innovation and action-oriented work ethics.
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to critically evaluate and prioritise information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to use objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality required.
