**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align business development strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of [specific industry or niche, if applicable].
- Experience in B2B sales or strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
