We are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team and elevate our social media presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Design visually appealing images and videos for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and monitor all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content is posted regularly.
- **Post Scheduling**: Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms to maintain an active online presence.
- **Ad Campaigns**: Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- **Content Writing**: Create compelling and relevant content, including posts, captions, blogs, and other digital media content.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a strong community and enhance customer relations.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company's social media strategy ahead of the curve.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align social media content with overall business goals and marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proven experience in creating and managing social media campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- **Content Skills**:

- Strong ability to write engaging content tailored to various social media platforms.
- Experience in content creation, including blog posts, captions, and ad copywriting.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Benefits**:
