**Job description**
**Requirements**:
- Experience: 1-3 years of administrative or office management experience
- **Providing assistance to the Managing Director (MD) in day-to-day activities**:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a car or motorbike (if required for errands or travel.**:
- Keeping update of stock in & out materials as needed.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Additional Duties
- Run office-related errands, such as picking up supplies or documents.
- Travel between company locations or to offsite meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: +2 or Diploma.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
