We are looking for hardworking and disciplined **Industrial Labour** to support day-to-day plant operations, material handling, cleaning, and basic maintenance work in a manufacturing setup.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in production activities such as loading, unloading, mixing, packing, and shifting of materials.
- Operate or support operation of basic machines under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.
- Follow all safety rules and wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Support maintenance team during shutdowns or equipment repair work.
- Handle tools, materials, and waste properly as per supervisor’s instructions.
- Report any abnormal condition or safety hazard immediately.
- Physically fit and willing to work in industrial environment.
- Able to follow instructions and complete assigned work responsibly.
- Willing to work in **rotational shifts** and **overtime**, if required.

**Salary**: As per industry standards **Employment Type**: Full-Time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
