**Job Description
A Trainee will be working on both offshore and onsite stakeholder projects which will involve Oracle Fusion implementations, Roll-out, Upgrades, or Support. Trainee will be shadowing the Consultant in interacting with stakeholders to understand their business processes and map them to the Oracle Fusion module Products suite.

**Responsibilities**
- As a trainee, Upskilling on Oracle Cloud Suite products
- Finance domain to be precise.
- Assisting seniors on the oracle cloud projects - configurations, testing, documentation.
- Gradually taking up ownership of functional modules and play an individual contributor role.
- Delivering assigned tasks by onshore/offshore team within stipulated timelines and with utmost quality. Attempting cloud certification in any one of the finance modules within 6 months of training period.**Essential Skills**
- Job- Atleast 3 years of domain experience in finance, Should be well versed with finance concepts.
- Graduation in MBA (Finance)/B.Tech/ B.Com
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
- Personal- Must be highly collaborative and be a team player with commitment to excellence. Must be willing to work in shift from: 1.00 PM to 11.00 PM and must work for office.**Preferred Skills**
- Job- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently.
- Personal- Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables with a mature approach**Other Relevant Information
