Full-Time CORPORATE OFFICE- KOCHI 6 to 10 years

As a Regional Manager - 3PL Operations, you'll be responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, you'll manage people, processes, and systems in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that productivity targets are met.

You'll also be responsible for workplace health and safety standards and for the security of the building and stock. Also train and guide the team for the desired goal.

Job Purpose: Responsible for performance monitoring, bringing efficiency to DC functioning, and cash management.

POSITION REPORTS TO: AGM - 3PL operations

DIRECT REPORTS : TL/ Asst. Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Manager, Key Account Manager

**MAJOR KEY RESULT AREAS**:
1.Responsible for overall performance and smooth functioning of all DCs/Hub in his territory.

2. Visit DCS on a need basis.

3. Follow up, escalate, and track all operation security concerns related to DC from time to time.

4. Collect competitor information within his cluster.

5.Checking/tracking Clusters expenses.

**Performance Monitoring**:
1.dentifying strong and weak clusters, analyzing reasons, and working out methods for improvement to ensure overall improvement in performance.

2.Check pendency and ensure all loads are attempted on agreed SLA.

3. Review monthly performance of all clusters related to delivery, reverse logistics, IT flow and documentation part

4. Monitor that the cash Tally is done by all DCs every day.

5. Conduct regular operations process training and ensure process adherence by all staff.

6. Maintenance and upkeep of all documents.

7. Oversee that all administrative facilities like Drinking Water, Hygiene of DC, etc. are in good condition.

8. Ensure that all admin and operation assets and IT hardware are properly maintained.

9. Check process flow and ensure correct layout plan of DC

10.Supervise EBS operations at DC's.

11. Check pending shipments on daily basis and ensure that DC is running without pendency.

12. Ensure security instructions are being followed properly.

13.Monitor discipline and integrity aspects of employees and initiate action when required

14.Ensure monitoring, proper upkeep and safe custody of all important registers pertaining to Attendance, petty cash, Meter reading, Compliance related register ,admin asset registers, inward & out ward registers and other client specific mandatory registers.

15.Regularly asses
- manpower requirement based on applicable productivity norms.

16.Monitor Adhoc Vehicle Hiring.

17. Action on points/observations raised during audit.

18.Bring Efficiency in DC Functioning

19. Keep a check on aging shipments in DCs, Shipments at delivery center,

20. Monitor unconnected shipments beyond 24 hrs

21.Cash Management and DC Job Management:
22.Monitor daily cash tally and amount deposition of COD amount, follow up with DC if discrepancy is found & close.

23. Focusing on productivity and per-package fuel cost to the company.

24.Inventory management
