**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**:

- Identify target markets, develop sales strategies, and establish goals to increase revenue.
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and potential sales channels.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- **Marketing Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- **Brand Awareness and Promotion**:

- Promote brand visibility and awareness through marketing activities such as trade shows, product launches, and social media engagement.
- Participate in promotional events, represent the company, and ensure brand consistency.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Analyze data and use insights to identify opportunities for market growth and optimization.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Track and forecast sales performance against targets, providing updates to management.
- **Customer Feedback and Satisfaction**:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
- **Sales & Marketing Knowledge**: Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence clients.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Proficient in analyzing sales and marketing metrics to drive strategy adjustments.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools).
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
