Key Responsibilities
- **Reception and Guest Handling**: Greet visitors, clients, and guests; handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- **Telephone Management**: Answer and route incoming calls, handle inquiries, take messages, and manage phone lines efficiently.
- **Administrative Support**: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, organize meetings, and assist with general office administration.
- **Check-ins and Registrations** (for hotels and clinics): Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, maintain accurate records, process payments, and address any requests.
- **Visitor Management**: Ensure visitor sign-in and security procedures are followed, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor badges when needed.
- **Office Coordination**: Support office operations by managing supply inventory, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the reception area is welcoming and organized.
- **Documentation and Data Entry**: Maintain records, update databases, process invoices, and manage filing systems.
