**Front Desk Receptionist**

**Position**: Front Desk Receptionist
**Department**: Front Office
**Location**: Mortakka Omkareshwar Main road, 60KM from Indore
**Reports to**: Front Office Manager / Admin Manager

**Role Overview**:
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out process. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle guest queries efficiently while maintaining a positive image of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain the front desk area, lobby, and reception neat and presentable.
- Handle guest complaints and issues professionally, escalating to the manager when necessary.
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain visitor logs, records, and daily reports accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / hotel management software (if applicable).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a receptionist/front desk role (hospitality experience preferred).
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).

**Work Conditions**:

- Shift-based work including weekends and holidays as per hotel requirements.
- Uniform and grooming standards to be maintained as per company policy.
