This role requires a professional who can manage customer relationships through outbound calls and follow-ups, assist the sales team, and simultaneously handle front office operations and basic administrative duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions
- Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling meetings, sharing leads, and updating client feedback.
- Assist in preparing basic sales reports, client communication materials, and presentations.
- Attend to front desk duties including welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and appointment scheduling.
- Support administrative functions like maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and internal coordination
**Requirements**:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Should be proactive, organized, and team-oriented.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
