- **Reception and Customer Service**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization's services.

- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- **Accounting Tasks**:
- Perform basic accounting functions, including recording financial transactions and maintaining ledgers.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Background**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic accounting coursework or relevant certification is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
