We are looking for a sharp, energetic, and strategic professional who will act as the Director’s right hand in managing operations, project workflows, and business execution. This role requires someone who can handle decision-making, delegate work, track progress, and improve efficiency across all departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations & Delegation**:
Work closely with departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics) to ensure work progresses smoothly

Identify operational roadblocks and proactively suggest solutions

Oversee project timelines, supply chain coordination, and internal workflows

**Meeting & Business Execution**:
Take structured MOMs and ensure task delegation to the correct department

Maintain a progress tracker and follow up with teams on pending work

Help the Director with process improvements and decision-making

**Follow-ups & Leadership**:
Ensure all teams are executing their assigned tasks efficiently

Support in high-level strategic planning and execution

✔ 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business administration

✔ Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure accountability

✔ Good computer skills (ERP, Excel, Project Management Tools, Google Sheets)

✔ Willing to take ownership and lead operational improvements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
