Hiring for Chief of Staffing for Noida Location.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities: -**
- Business planning across all lines of business and functional areas.
- Creating and improvising presentations (for internal & external customers)
- Helping the CEO office in internal and external communications (Written & Verbal)
- Drive strategic initiatives for the organization in line with the gaps identified through

strong MIS & governance.
- Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.
- Work on the organizational strategic leavers along with the CEO for improvement & tracking.
- Build effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.
- Playing an influencer role with various stakeholders to get the correct status of the projects

and work out possible solutions.
- Providing all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale up journey.
- Engage with multiple teams within Tech, marketing, sales and operations to drive a host

of initiatives ranging from feature improvements, channel planning, and revenue management.
- Build AOP and long-range plans for the organization along with key initiatives and enablers

which will help with delivery as per plan

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
