- We are seeking for a talented and detailed-oriented Female to join our team as a Telesales Executive.You will also be responsible for calling the customers and answering all their questions related to purchasing orders._

**Responsibilities**
- Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
- Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
- Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
- Updating the database with all the customer's information.
- Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.
- Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
- Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
- Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
- Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Telesales Manager.
- Providing an excellent customer service to the customers.
- Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
- Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma.
- 6 months to 2 years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
- Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems promptly.
- Ability to deal with different personalities.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
