- Work directly with the Vice President of Sales for an easy flow of work and communication.
- Recruit and hire managers based on the required job profiles and perform the training programs.
- Analyze and develop sales plans for the teams to follow.
- Approach the vice president of sales for organizational processes.
- Manage sales budgets as required for the organization.
- Prepare and maintain annual and quarterly sales goals.
- Set a motivational environment for the sales teams to help them achieve their goals.
- Create daily and monthly reports for sales activities.
- Share the monitored results and operations with the VP of Sales consistently.
- Monitor results and competitor products to improve the organization’s functioning.
- Maintain customer relationships according to their demands.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- They should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management.
