Job Title: Real Estate Sales - Assistant Vice President (AVP)Department: Sales & Business DevelopmentLocation: Noida, Uttar PradeshExperience: 10-15 years of experience in real estate salesReports To: Vice President / DirectorRole Overview:The Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Real Estate Consultancy will be responsible for driving growth in the premium and luxury real estate portfolio. This leadership role involves strategic business development, client relationship management, sales leadership, and market intelligence. The AVP will lead high-performing teams, cultivate relationships with HNI and NRI clients, and ensure achievement of business goals while upholding brand ethos.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & StrategyDrive sales and revenue growth for premium villas and luxury properties.Develop and execute strategic plans to expand footprint across key luxury markets in India.Identify and engage High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), and institutional investors.Forge strategic alliances with developers, channel partners, and wealth management firms.2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with elite clientele through a consultative and personalized approach.Provide expert advisory on real estate investments, property evaluations, and portfolio diversification.Ensure superior client experience through proactive engagement and post-sales service excellence.3. Sales LeadershipLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.Define and track performance through structured KPIs and data-driven insights.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities and market knowledge.4. Market Research & IntelligenceMonitor market trends, pricing movements, and demand dynamics within the luxury real estate sector.Analyze competitor offerings and recommend strategies for project positioning and pricing.Support senior management in preparing business forecasts, performance reports, and presentations.5. Branding & RepresentationRepresent at luxury property expos, investor summits, and premium networking events.Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns for affluent buyers and investors.Uphold reputation for trust, transparency, and premium service in every client interaction.Qualifications & Experience:MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management.10-15 years of experience in real estate sales/advisory, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in luxury real estate transactions (villas, high-end residences, or second homes).Strong network of HNI/NRI clients and institutional investors.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Key Competencies:Leadership & People ManagementStrategic Planning & Business AcumenRelationship Management & NetworkingLuxury Market InsightNegotiation & Closing SkillsProfessional Integrity & Client Trust
