- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile technology and industry developments.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to the Sales Manager.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of popular products.
- Assist in managing inventory to avoid overstock or stockouts.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to place orders and handle returns.
- **Promotion and Marketing**:

- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotions.
