**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform internal audits to assess financial processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Analyze financial statements, assess risks, and recommend improvements.

Evaluate internal controls and identify weaknesses, proposing enhancements to mitigate risks.

Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.

Stay updated with changes in regulations and industry best practices related to finance and accounts.

Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure corrective actions are taken based on audit findings.

Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections.

Participate in special projects and initiatives related to finance and accounts, as required.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in finance and accounts, with a focus on audit processes.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and internal control frameworks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
