We are a 40 year old leading manufacturer of sophisticated packaging machines for FMCG industry. Our customers are spread over thirty Countries. We have the state of art infrastructure equipped with all modern facilities and having workshop space of 75,000 sq. feet at three different locations. The group is DSIR (GOI) approved R&D House and credit rating that indicates high-performance capability and high financial strength. We are looking for Accounts Executive for our Panchkula Unit.

**Responsibilities**:
**PPurchase Bills**
- Receiving, checking & posting of purchase bills received from stores in ERP.

**Vendors Accounts**
- Issue of payments to vendors.
- Reconciliation of accounts with vendors

**Customer Accounts**
- Maintaining of customer accounts in ERP.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts.

**Taxation**
- Maintenance of GST documents.
- Reconciliation of quarterly TDS data for filing of returns.

**Bank Work**
- Liasioning with banks for day to day work.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
- Submission of outstanding export documents with banks for BRC.

**Dealing With Auditors**
- Dealing with internal/tax auditors during audit.

**Export Documentation**
- Maintaining exports records in export file.

**Payroll**
- Preparation of salaries, PF, ESI, Bonus, Incentives & Full & Final Settlement Sheets of employees.

**Field Work**

1. Going to bank and govt. Departments for official work.

**Data Entry In ERP**

1. Posting of daily cash / bank / purchase / sales / journal vouchers in ERP & issue of debit & credit notes from ERP.

**Misc.**
- Maintenance of all files pertaining to accounts department.
- Routine banking work including withdrawal of cash.

Qualification : B.Com with min 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
