Position: Account Executive
Location: Sec 20 Panchkula
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (CA experience will not be consider )
Department: Accounts/Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, vouchers, and entries.
- Maintain accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
- Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Support in finalization of accounts and audit-related documentation.
- Monitor expense records and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors/consultants.
- Handle invoice preparation, billing, and timely follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.
