As the Online Fulfillment Center Manager for Warehouse and E-commerce Operations, you will oversee the efficient and effective operation of our e-commerce fulfillment center, ensuring timely and accurate processing of online orders. You will lead a team responsible for inventory management, order picking, packing, shipping, and overall warehouse operations to meet customer expectations and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and manage a team of warehouse associates and e-commerce specialists. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- **Warehouse Operations Management**: Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity.
- **E-commerce Order Fulfillment**: Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of online orders to ensure accurate and on-time delivery to customers. Monitor order processing metrics and implement strategies to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and minimize order turnaround times.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels to fulfill customer orders. Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability.
- **Quality Assurance**: Establish and enforce quality standards for order accuracy, packaging, and shipping. Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Technology Utilization**: Leverage technology solutions, including warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms, to streamline operations and improve order processing efficiency. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement system enhancements.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and best practices. Implement safety protocols, provide training to warehouse staff, and conduct regular safety audits to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and labor productivity. Generate performance reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce fulfillment environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and e-commerce fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
