**About Us**:
**Internship Details**:
As an Apps Maintenance & Service Intern at Proceedit, you will play a pivotal role within our proceedit Service Unit. You'll be working on a variety of functions, including project management, deployment and configuration, training and support, BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) services, and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they run smoothly and are delivered on time.
- Deployment & Configuration: Contribute to the deployment and configuration of our apps and solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Training & Support: Collaborate on user training and provide efficient support to address user inquiries and issues.
- BPaaS Services: Participate in the delivery of Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solutions to our clients.
- BPO Services: Support the coordination and provision of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, working with internal and external resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong interest in app maintenance, service, and user support.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
- A team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
