**Job Title: Counter Sales Associate**

**Location: Agra**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries and purchases.
- **Sales Assistance**: Help customers select jewelry pieces based on their preferences, occasions, and budget.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of the store's jewelry collection, including gemstones, precious metals, and design styles.
- **Sales Transactions**: Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- **Display Maintenance**: Ensure that jewelry displays are neat, organized, and visually appealing. Regularly clean and maintain jewelry pieces.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in inventory management, including receiving new stock, conducting inventory counts, and updating records.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Targets**: Strive to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating to the manager when necessary.
- **Promotions**: Inform customers about promotions, sales, and loyalty programs.
- **Store Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the counter area.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or Intermediate or Graduation.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail sales in Jwelers.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail, especially when handling transactions and inventory.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle jewelry pieces carefully.
- **Professional Appearance**: Well-groomed and professional appearance in accordance with the store’s dress code.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
