**Job Role: Performance Marketing Executive**
**Location**: Thane (work from the office)

**1. Conduct market and audience research to identify target audiences and develop**
**effective targeting strategies**:
- Researching market trends and analyzing customer data to identify target audiences.
- Developing effective targeting strategies to reach the desired audience and improve conversion rates.
- Conducting A/B tests to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
**2. Manage and optimize campaigns to drive maximum results within budget**
**constraints**:
- Developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitoring campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting campaigns as necessary.
- Utilizing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
**3. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas**
**for improvement and adjust campaigns as necessary**:
- Analyzing campaign data to identify trends and insights.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve campaign performance.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are competitive.
**Minimum work experience is required**:
- 2-3 years of experience in paid marketing.
- Experience with developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Experience with CRM like Wix, LeadSquared, HubSpot
- Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
**Top 5 Skills you should possess**:
**1. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels**:
- Expertise in developing and executing campaigns across various paid media channels.
- Strong understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats.
- Experience with budget allocation and optimization.
**2. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, such as CPA, ROI, and**
**conversion rates**:
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and metrics.
- Ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models.
**3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:
- Ability to effectively communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives.
- Developing clear and concise reports and presentations.
**4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills**:
- Ability to identify trends and insights from campaign data.
- Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and effectively.
**5. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.**:
- Expertise in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Understanding of web analytics and data visualization.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive paid marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage campaigns across various paid media channels, including Google PPC, social media, and others.
- Collaborate with the content and web development teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust campaigns as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid marketing trends and best practices and implement them as necessary.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders and provide recommendations for further optimization.
- Manage and prioritize a budget for paid marketing campaigns to ensure maximum results within budget constraints.
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
