We are looking to recruit a qualified lawyer with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience to support the P&PS North America legal team and based out of our Gurugram office.
**THE ROLE**:

- Take responsibility for a wide range of construction and services contracts, from bid stage to negotiation and completion, including contracts with clients, joint venture agreements, guarantees, sub-contracts and confidentiality agreements.
- Streamlined contracts process (task orders under an existing framework)
- Deviations from standard terms
- Assist with some contract management
- Drafting/reviewing of letters (exclusivity, non-exclusive sub-consultant)

**Here’s What You’ll Need**: Preferred (but not required) International experience**:

- Experience with state and local public procurement procedures
- Experience with major programs
- Experience with joint ventures and LLCs, including counsel to corresponding boards of directors
- Experience with professional liability, general liability, pollution, and builder’s risk insurance
- Experience with bid protests
- Experience with contracts database management
- Experience with collecting and analysing KPIs and other contracts data
