We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing consumer durable company. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in consumer insights, brand positioning, and dealer network establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dealer Network Management**: Establish and maintain a robust dealer network in the Delhi NCR region, focusing on consumer durable products in the space and fire safety sector.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market penetration.
- **Product Establishment**: Drive initiatives to firmly establish our products in the market, enhancing brand visibility and customer trust.

**Preferred Background**:

- Experience in consumer durables or a related agency background.
- Proven track record in a start-up environment is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
