**Job Purpose**:
**Primary Job Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate answer scripts for UPSC Mains as per the prescribed marking scheme.
- Review answers for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and adherence to question demands.

**Specific Knowledge & Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of the IAS examination pattern, syllabus, and marking criteria.
- Previous experience as an examiner or evaluator for IAS exams is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

**Major KRAs (SMART)**:

- Accuracy in Evaluation - Assess scripts precisely in line with the marking scheme.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Minimum Qualification: Graduation
- Preferred/Additional Qualification: Aspirant IAS/RAS
- Minimum Experience: 1 Year
- Relevant/Additional Experience: IAS Mains appear, RAS Mains appear
