**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct training sessions on Shell scripting and Scratch programming for students and professionals.
- **Course Content Development**: Design and develop curriculum, instructional materials, hands-on exercises, and projects tailored to different learner levels.
- **Hands-On Sessions**: Deliver practical workshops to enhance participants' coding and problem-solving skills.
- **Performance Assessment**: Evaluate participants' progress through assignments, assessments, and project reviews.
- **Support**: Provide post-training guidance and address technical queries.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Keep course materials updated with the latest advancements in Shell scripting and Scratch programming.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:Shell Programming**:

- Expertise in Shell scripting (Bash, KornShell, or other Unix/Linux shell environments)
- Proficient in Linux/Unix commands, file manipulation, process management, and scripting automation
- Familiarity with system administration tasks, cron jobs, and scripting best practices
- Understanding of regular expressions, text processing, and script debugging

**Scratch Programming**:

- Strong knowledge of Scratch programming for educational and creative coding projects
- Ability to explain coding concepts such as loops, conditionals, and event handling in a simple and engaging manner

**General Requirements**:

- Proven experience in delivering technical training (corporate or academic)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on learners' experience levels
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Passion for fostering coding interest and creativity among learners

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in teaching programming to K-12 students and professionals
- Certifications in Linux/Shell scripting or educational technology tools
- Knowledge of additional educational programming tools (like Python or Blockly)
- Familiarity with educational technology trends

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 1 week

Pay: ₹10,872.42 - ₹35,944.47 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
