**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry** to **Classes 11 and 12** with a focus on competitive exams like **JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, NEET, JIPMER, AIIMS,** and **EAMCET**, along with board syllabus coverage.
- Design and implement a curriculum tailored to the demands of competitive exams, ensuring alignment with board standards.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and practice sessions to evaluate and enhance student performance.
- Provide detailed feedback and guidance to students to address weaknesses and improve their confidence.
- Stay updated on the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes, and integrate them into teaching methodologies.
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve excellence in Chemistry and succeed in competitive exams.
- Collaborate with the academic team to create customized learning resources and solve practice materials.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Tech/M.Tech in a relevant field from a reputed institute.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years teaching **11th and 12th-grade students** for JEE (Mains & Advanced), NEET, and other competitive exams.
- Strong command over Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry concepts.
- Proven ability to simplify complex topics and make them engaging for students.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Track record of successful student results in competitive exams.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

**Salary Range**: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month
