**Job Title**: NEET Biology Lecturer

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Biology (Botany and Zoology)** to students from **Classes 9 to 12**, tailoring content to suit both foundational learning and advanced competitive exam preparation.
- Develop a structured curriculum that balances board exam requirements and competitive exam syllabi, including **NEET, JIPMER, AIIMS,** and **EAMCET.**:

- Conduct regular tests, mock exams, and quizzes to assess progress and readiness for exams.
- Provide personalized guidance and mentoring to students, addressing individual strengths and weaknesses.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in competitive exam patterns and integrate them into teaching methods.
- Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for Biology among students.
- Collaborate with the academic team to create study resources, notes, and practice materials for students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: M.Sc. in Biology/Botany/Zoology/Biotechnology or equivalent, with B.Ed. (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years teaching **Classes 9 to 12**, including preparation for competitive exams like NEET.
- Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proven track record of student success in NEET and similar exams.
- Passion for mentoring and inspiring students toward achieving their academic and career goals.

**Salary Range**: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month
