**Digital Marketing Specialist (6-month to 1-year experience)**

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be crucial in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate leads for our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
