**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities:Social Media Design**:

- Design and create engaging graphics, banners, and posts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Ensure all designs are consistent with Aiwati’s branding and visual identity.
- Develop innovative and visually appealing concepts for social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute creative assets for promotional campaigns.

**Video Design & Editing**:

- Create and edit high-quality videos for social media, including Reels, short-form content, and promotional videos.
- Develop animations, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
- Work on video scripts, storyboards, and post-production to deliver compelling video content.
- Optimize video content for various platforms to maximize engagement and performance.

**Content Collaboration**:

- Work with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm and produce visually captivating content that aligns with our messaging and goals.
- Assist in creating infographics, presentations, and other visual assets as required.

**Trend Analysis & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep Aiwati’s social media content fresh and innovative.
- Research competitor activity and implement creative strategies to set Aiwati apart.

**Qualifications & Skills:Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory for visually appealing designs.
- Creativity and attention to detail in producing high-quality work.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media design and video editing.
- Portfolio showcasing expertise in social media graphics and video projects.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and creative approach to solving design challenges.
