**Transport Executive Assistant**

Experience: 0 - 5+ Years

Qualification: PUC/Any Graduate

Location: OLA C Wing, Koramangala

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and supervise the ola cabs to the end-user (OLA employees)
- Schedule daily and weekly routes and reporting
- Coordinate with Supervisor transport team to monitor and reporting
- Ensure the day to-day routes and transport plan
- Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment
- Suggest cost-effective shipping methods
- Conduct regular safety audit checks on cabs
- Organize training sessions and to maintain the records
- Keep records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Stay up-to-date with safety regulations

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
