**About the Role**:
The **Event Partnerships Intern** at Favcy Venture Builders will assist in managing at the forefront of organizing one of India’s largest startup showcase events, managing critical aspects like sponsorships, VIP engagement, and event flow. This internship offers a unique chance to work directly with top investors, startups, and corporate partners, gaining real-world experience in the VC ecosystem and large-scale event management.

**Location**:On-site (South Delhi)
**Stipend**: INR 6,000-8,000 INR per month
**Duration of internship**:3 months
**Experience**:Experience in planning events and securing sponsorships, whether in college societies, organizations, or other events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bring on board sponsor partners for the Demo Day, an exclusive opportunity to connect and work with leading corporate players in the Indian startup ecosystem. Special performance-based incentives will be provided based on the monetary value of secured sponsorships.
- Play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and managing a large-scale event in the startup ecosystem. This includes logístical planning and coordinating with various teams for smooth execution.
- Curate and manage the guest list, ensuring personalized engagement with top-tier VCs, angel investors, family offices, and corporate representatives.
- Work directly with the accelerator startups to align their participation, arrange demos, and assist in showcasing their innovations.
- Design the event flow, aligning all activities and sessions, and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for attendees.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Event Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in planning events and securing sponsorships, whether in college societies, organizations, or other events.
- Proactive approach to managing tasks and solving challenges under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with high-level stakeholders, including investors and corporate partners.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines, ensuring smooth event execution.

This grand event will showcase 30 startups from the 1to10 Accelerator Program and host over 300 attendees, including 100+ top-tier VCs, angel investors, family offices, and ecosystem players, all set to take place in Delhi.
