**Partnership Development**:
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with universities and educational institutions globally.
- Negotiate and formalize agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with partner institutions.
- Develop strategic plans to expand existing partnerships and create new ones aligned with institutional goals.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all international partners.
- Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure mutual goals and expectations are met.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise in partnership operations.
- **Program Management**:
- Oversee the administration of study abroad programs in collaboration with partner institutions.
- Work with academic departments to ensure programs meet educational standards and align with curriculum requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and outcomes of partnership programs.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and partner policies, including legal and regulatory requirements.
- Gather feedback from students, faculty, and partners to continually improve program offerings.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote study abroad programs to students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the institution at international education fairs, conferences, and events.
- Develop promotional materials and content for international partners.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare and present reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and future opportunities to senior management.
- Analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions regarding partnership development and program offerings.
- **Budget Management**:
- Develop and manage budgets for partnership activities and programs.
- Ensure effective use of resources and compliance with financial policies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Education, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in international education, partnership management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing international partnerships.
- Experience in the study abroad sector is highly desirable.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in a second language is an asset.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Number of new partnerships established annually.
- Student satisfaction and participation rates in study abroad programs.
- Successful renewal and expansion of existing partnerships.
- Compliance with partnership agreements and program standards.
Budget adherence and financial performance of partnership initiatives.
