**Whom do we need?**
As a Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other professionals working alongside you. You will need a deep understanding of Python, AWS, and full stack Development but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.

Responsibilities include
▪ Innovation and Presales POCs - Work along with other Tech COE members to develop POCs to support Innovation and Presales functions.
▪ Product Architecture - Architect, Design, and support Product Architecture for Accel API platform. Head Tech COE: Lead Tech COE function and collaborate with other Tech COE members.
▪ Solutions Architecture: Work with business and other stakeholders to develop solution architecture for various projects.
▪ Client Interfacing: Deep dive into various client platforms as necessary to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to clients. Trusted advisor to client on various technical areas and trends

**Required Skills**:
▪ Overall, 8-15 years of experience and at least 5 years of experience working as a Solutions Architect with solid experience in building backend solutions utilizing cloud technologies - Python, AWS, and Full stack development.
▪ Deep development experience coding in Python and some exposure to PHP/Java. Digital Health Solutions
▪ Expert knowledge in several development technologies and programming languages (Python, Java, PHP), out of which Python is Must have.
▪ Must have AWS experience, in particular, good experience with ECR, Kubernetes, Docker, NoSQL, Redshift and AWS lambda, etc.
▪ Experience designing and implementing Microservices and REST API.
▪ Experience with RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Couchbase, DynamoDB).
▪ Expert knowledge in MVC Frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Django).
▪ Deep understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
▪ Soft skills: good communication, personable, Leadership.

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
