**Salary**: Annual CTC - 3.0-4.2L (Negotiable)

**Job Type**: Full Time

Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent Technical know-how

Job Location: On-Site, Bangalore Only

Working Hours: Monday-Saturday (10:00 am-06:30 pm)

Mandatory Job Requirements:

- At least 1-3 years of hands on experience in handling e-commerce sales
- Operational experience in handling seller platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa etc.
- Order processing for multiple e-commerce platforms on daily basis.
- Co-ordination with packing & logistics team for timely dispatch & delivery.
- Preparation of periodical sales & inventory MIS reports as needed.
- Regular listing & inventory management for these platforms.
- Handle escalations, queries and follow-ups related to seller accounts on all platforms.
- RTV & Customer Returns management.
- Well versed in computer skills including MS Excel. Advanced skills will be preferred
- Good Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
