- **Marketing**: Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers
- **CRM strategy**: Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention
- **Data analysis**: Analyze customer information to identify areas for improvement
- **Customer experience**: Collaborate with teams to improve the customer experience
- **Competitor analysis**: Monitor competitors and use their strategies to improve the business
- **CRM systems**: Design and implement CRM systems, and ensure they operate across all relevant departments
