**Job Summary**: As a Social Media Executive with a good command over English and Marathi language, a keen interest in politics, and the requirement to be on the ground, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing social media postings to promote and engage with political content and discussions. Your responsibilities will include crafting content, monitoring social media channels, and helping shape the online presence of a political organisation, party, or public figure while also being actively involved in on-ground activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and update social media profiles and pages, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Schedule and publish content, ensuring regular and consistent posting.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, trends, and relevant discussions related to politics, and engage with followers appropriately.

**On-Ground Engagement**:

- Actively participate in on-ground political events, rallies, and campaigns.
- Capture real-time content, including photos and videos, and share them on social media platforms.
- Facilitate and manage live coverage of on-ground activities via social media.

**Audience Engagement**:

- Foster meaningful interactions with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Encourage and participate in discussions on political topics, maintaining a respectful and informed approach.

**Data Analysis**:

- Analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.

**Political Research**:

- Stay updated on current political events, policies, and developments, especially those relevant to the organization's interests.
- Provide insights and information to help shape the organization's political messaging and strategies.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other members of the communication and marketing teams to coordinate messaging across various channels.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to develop multimedia content.

**Crisis Management**:

- Be prepared to respond to political crises or controversies, using social media to manage the organisation's reputation and messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English and Marathi, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest and knowledge of local and national politics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced, evolving situations.
- Willingness to actively participate in on-ground political activities and events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
