Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive - Home Interiors

**Location**: Erode, Tamil Nadu

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement and Sales**:

- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget for their home interior projects.
- Present and demonstrate our range of home interior products, including furniture, décor, and other related items.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on product selection, design concepts, and space planning.
- Effectively address customer queries, concerns, and objections.
- Generate quotations, process orders, and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- **Showroom Management**:

- Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized showroom environment.
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and promotional offers.
- Assist with inventory management and stocktaking as needed.
- **Coordination and Follow-up**:

- Coordinate with the installation team or other relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential for repeat business or referrals.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales activities.
- **Training Requirement**:

- **Attend and successfully complete a mandatory 20-day training program in Coimbatore prior to commencing work in Erode.** This training will cover product knowledge, sales techniques, company policies, and customer service best practices.
- **Work Schedule**:

- **Must be willing to work on Sundays.**:

- **A weekday off will be provided in lieu of Sunday.**:

- **Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.**

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the home interiors, furniture, or related industry.
- Passion for interior design and a good understanding of current trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and helpful attitude.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
