**Job Summary**: The showroom sales executive plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our exclusive retail showrooms. This position is responsible for assisting customers in finding the right kitchen appliances, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The showroom sales executive is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, uphold the company's brand image, and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or equivalent roles.
- Fluency in Tamil and basic English. (Hindi is an added advantage)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role requires working in a retail showroom environment with regular interaction with customers.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Work timings - 10:30 AM TO 9:30 PM
- Employees will receive one paid week off, which can be taken on any weekday. However, it is mandatory to work on both Saturday and Sunday.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
