**Roles and Responsibilities**

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance their performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve performance and achieve goals.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
