**Job Summary**:
The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for spa guests, responsible for creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The role involves scheduling appointments, managing the reception area, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for guests. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to support the efficient operation of the spa.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide a professional and friendly first impression.
- Assist guests with inquiries about spa services, treatments, and packages.
- Offer guidance on selecting appropriate treatments based on guest preferences and needs.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Manage the spa’s booking system to schedule appointments efficiently.
- Handle cancellations or rescheduling requests in a professional manner.
- **Reception Area Management**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Ensure the availability of brochures, menus, and promotional materials.
- Monitor the ambiance of the spa, including lighting, music, and scents.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Process payments for services, products, and gift cards accurately.
- Manage inventory of retail products and supplies, coordinating with the manager for restocking.
- Keep accurate records of appointments, guest preferences, and spa usage.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Promote spa services, membership programs, and retail products to guests.
- Provide information on spa policies, etiquette, and health guidelines.
- **Collaboration with Staff**:

- Communicate effectively with therapists and other spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep track of staff schedules and treatment room availability.
- Assist in preparing treatment areas when needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Experience in a spa or wellness environment is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- **Personality**: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
