- **As the Receptionist at Sri Sri Wellbeing**, you will be the first point of contact

for our clients, embodying the essence of hospitality and warmth. Your role will encompass

a variety of administrative tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations and delivering

exceptional customer service to our guests. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming

and nurturing atmosphere for all who enter our facility.

- Welcome clients and visitors with genuine warmth and hospitality
- Assist clients in understanding and navigating our range of Ayurvedic treatments and

services.
- Manage appointment bookings and ensure accurate scheduling of treatments.

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the reception area.
- Process payments for services rendered and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with therapists and other staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Assist in organizing and promoting wellness events and workshops hosted by the

- Uphold confidentiality regarding client information and treatment plans.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirement**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or

healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa,

wellness centre, or healthcare setting.
- Passion for holistic wellness and a basic understanding of Ayurvedic principles is

desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with

diverse clientele.
