Go-to-market (Gtm) Sales Expert

LegitBytes is an innovative cybersecurity company focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. As we scale, we are seeking a dynamic GTM cum Sales Expert to help us drive our growth strategy, penetrate new markets, and close high-value deals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Go-To-Market Strategy**:
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for new products, services, or market segments.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align messaging, positioning, and launch plans.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine the GTM approach.
**Sales Execution**:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through various channels (B2B/B2C as applicable).
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales engagement.
- Develop compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations customized to client needs.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
**Partnerships & Growth**:
- Forge strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration and revenue generation.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
- Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams based on client insights and objections.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, GTM execution, or business development.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successful GTM launches.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Experience with CRM, sales automation tools, and sales funnel management.
**Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)**:
- Domain knowledge in cybersecurity.
- Experience launching products in international markets or across regions.
- Prior startup or entrepreneurial background.
