G&A Group, a consortium of three companies (Garg & Associates, R&A Valuation LLP, and Aggi Technocrats), is a business consulting organization engaged in a variety of domains such as valuation of Plant & Machinery and Land & Building assets for a variety of purposes (such as banking, public sector, corporate and companies, and so on).

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from freelance valuation associates for site visits and asset verification in Bangalore and surrounding areas.

**Pre-requisite**:The Valuation Associate

1. should be a freelance professional

2. should have fair knowledge about the domain and the geography of the region he/she belongs

3. should have fair knowledge about the industrial/ corporate/ banking culture of the region he/she belongs

4. should be resourceful, computer conversant, and good in communication skills with sound personality

5. must be professional in approach

**Responsibilities**:The Valuation Associate

1. will help in conducting onsite/ physical inspections of the asset/property in question to the principals

2. will help in collecting relevant inputs (viz. photographs, documents and other evidences) pertaining to the asset in question

**Qualification**:The Valuation Associate

1. must be Degree/Diploma in (Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Civil Engineering)

2. should have a reasonable experience in the domain

**Remuneration**:Negotiable (Project-to-Project basis)

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 1 day

**Salary**: ₹500.00 - ₹1,500.00 per day
